This is a key tag that can be printed in one color in minimum quantities of 250 pieces at a time. The small white box at the bottom of the text can be left blank and if a new AZer wanted to, he or she could write in their name with a sharpie marking pen.
The cost for personalizing and printing the item in one color is very close to $1.50 each plus shipping and tax if they are shipped to Louisiana. If they are shipped to another state I will pick up the shipping to ONE location and there won't be any tax. We would have to add in for a special mailing envelope, mailing labels, postage and someone's time to insert the appropriate name tag. They are light in weight so I doubt it would be more than one ounce. A basic design with contrasting lettering is attached.
The key tag is made of clear acrylic and has a paper insert that is printed FRONT AND BACK, so that no matter which way the tag is laying the screen name and AZ identifier will be facing the viewer. It can be printed in any ONE color at no extra charge. Each additional ink color is $.15 each. Also, anyone may offer up a design that could be used instead of this one. A consensus would approve the format/layout. I didn't want to get fancy, just the info in a bold manner without being too flashy. It will match a lot of the black cases you see around.
The only catch is distribution. That's a job all in itself and not one I am able or willing to take up. If enough people wanted to purchase this item, I would be happy to direct the procurement and shipping but someone else would have to volunteer to get the individual items shipped to the appropriate party with their respective ordered quantities.
