Here is a Hightower Burlwood/Birdseye Cue with highly figured elongated birdseye forearm with Madrone burl points and butt sleeve and thuya burl handle. All white is Ivory with Abalone and silver accents.

Hightower Custom Cue

Here is the latest Hightower Custom Cue we built for AZ member adrianbrah.

It is Birdseye with Ebony points and Ebony butt sleeve.
The inlays are all Ivory with the Sterling Silver stitch rings.
The wrap is Spanish Bull leather.

Here is a cue that I have been working on and just finished up the python wrap and added the finish this was a learning cue and really just practice.
It has
Ivory joint
Ivory butt cap
Ebony butt sealed Python wrap
Cocabola 4 custom point layout with white green and black ring work.
Most likely will have a 3/8th 10 pin and need to make the shafts

I have always liked Python wraps. WIth that wrap the cue does not need any inlays, as the wrap makes it fancy enough.

hi
i'm not a cue maker and i'm a ashamed to post here, but you don't beat me, i'm so far away
after build my table a decide to build something like a cue.
there are a lot of flaws:
the glue was sucked by the wood and rings; the finish revealed some dots e scratches, i need to refinish it, naive work
my first idea was to put a leather wrap but the wood is nice. i buy the woods from Cue Components.
to build that, first i build a "lathe" with a wash machine motor and some pillow bearings.
specs: ebony and maple, 15.6 oz, the blance point with shaft (hp2 from mezz) 17,5 inches, 3/8x10 pin, the rings are made of ebony, silver and whale bone.
