One thing about this year.....it seems like overall there has been less of an amount of big, impressive cues delivered and subsequently posted to AZ this year. Or is it just me? I suspect there's quite a bit more cues that would have been in the mix, but people have just stopped posting them here. Too much bs on here lately. :frown:

I for one have had over a dozen big cues delivered and know of a few others,just not posted.

I'm about to get a very unique sneaky from him and any obscure request I've thrown at him he's just like "sure no problem".


A real master when it comes to his craft. Never seen or played with his cues but that's going to change here soon.
 
I would think those who posted cues in this thread might want to post them in the sticky thread instead as I believe that is the current request for submissions.
 
Do you have to be the owner, or somehow affiliated with the cue, to nominate?
 
Although I understand big collectors not wanting to post every cue they get... I would ask that they least submit one entry. Without the support of the big collectors the Cue of the Year seems kind of pointless. And maybe it is... but I know a lot of people enjoy it and want to keep it going.

So I am asking for guys like Shadowmoss, henchmen3, Tikkler, etc post one cue up. I am also asking that we keep the drama out of it, enjoy the nice cues, and have a happy holiday.

I've been doing the same for about six months. I like off the wall stuff like *cough* left-handed threads *couch*

congrats, and hope you enjoy your new one. I know I don't play with anything but Keith Kustoms.

jamie, i have an idea i would like to toss out. how about three categories, pointed cues, merry widows (no points), and box cues. there would be an overall cue of the year and then two honorable mentions (or some other title) from the other two categories that the top cue did not represent. just a thought. let me know what you all think.

yeah i think thats the idea, cue of the year kinda implies its finished that year, if it was started in 11 and finished in 12 then it would be a 12. thats how i see it, hope your good :)
