I really can't wait to see an "official" KING. These self appointments are OK but just a lot of hot air. :boring2: The matches have grit. :thumbup:

I think the AZ Billiards KING of any State should be able to challenge anyone else if they have a crown. I haven't heard a peep from CajunBarBox or anyone else in Louisiana for that matter. I'm ready to get down in the mud with any pigs crazy enough to try and take my crown. :D

Could bring more interest in AZ Billiards. I just think it would be more fun than like league. That and I figure it will stir action.

You are a GREAT player --- but I'll challenge your thrown. You're a working stiff now with kids...so I could get lucky.

BUT (to help my chances..hehehe..) I want to do your entire format.

Race to 5 in 8 ball
Race to 5 in 9 Ball
Race to 5 in 10 Ball
2 out of 3 1 Pocket
2 out of 3 in FULL rack banks
75 pts of 14.1

We could get more AZ'ers who fulfill the necessary requirements (300 plus posts), put up $100-$300 per man (whatever everyone agrees upon), winner take all for King of AZ Mid-Atlantic. Pro's have to be excluded though, sorry. (Too many pro-level players in our area).

I know you're level is right under a pro (just right under)...but I'm up to try it. What states/regions do we include for elgibility. This seems like a fun idea!

P.S. I see Beetle in here too. $300 a man is $900 for the winner thus far. Can we get anyone else? We could all choose a "fair" location. Cory_In_DC, are you up? Gunnslinger are you up? 8 Ball Rat? Myron? Rick_In_VA? Enough people play and we could have a King of the AZ Mid-Atlantic and then a 2nd place title.....Prince of the AZ Mid-Atlantic.
