Discount**Bad Blood 5 Disc Box Set Now Available - Johnny Archer Vs Earl Strickland

There is a notice on the packaging that states the video has a few frame problems. There are delays, skips, pauses, etc… that are solely digital, and in the master. It is not due to errors having to do with the DVD player. Problems are mostly in disc one, tiny parts of two. Disk three, four and five are almost flawless.

Originally because of the nature of the match and work encompassed to complete the box set the price was going to be around $80-$100. Due to the various issues such as stream problems during the broadcast and certainly because the master was not 100% clean I decided to discount it from the start.

Although the match is not recorded in its entirety, (due to issues mentioned above), I hope that is not a big deterrent to supporting the work we did out there in Lincoln Nebraska on the 2nd and 3rd of April. It was a historic match and I am very proud and honored that we were chosen to document it.

Delayed a week.

Everything has been done, but not to my complete satisfaction. I had to reprint the covers and now I have re do some of the discs. Won't be long now though.

LOL! I LOVE THE GRAPHICS! "BAD BLOOD"-it's like the lettering from a bad 80's low budget horror movie! Call me weird, I dig it. Then again, come to think of it, watching Earl's antics some times can be very much like a low budget 80's horror movie ;)

Very cool that you've done this Mike! I'm sure the $55 price tag is WELL WORTH IT! For both those who watched it on the live stream and those who didn't. Btw, for those of us who didn't and don't want to use the search function, who won the straight pool part? Who made the huge comeback?

Maybe I'll just have to buy it! :) Good luck with the sale and hopefully you can't keep up becuase of too many orders! That would be a great thing!

TV Mike was nice enough to send me out one of the first completed 5 disc sets and I received it yesterday...

I watched it today, and unfortunately, I got absolutely nothing done because I watched the whole darn thing.

I won't get into the Earl/Johnny match itself, but as far as the quality of the DVD's goes, $55 dollars shipped was well worth it in my opinion. The few glitches on disk one aren't really a big deal in the overall package. Great cover art, and professional looking job.

Thanks TV Mike, great job on the set, I'm looking forward to your next production. (Very interesting interview with Johnny on the last disk, revealing and personal, a side you don't commonly see or hear from the pro's).

Well thanks Kevin how kind of you, I'm really happy that you had a positive viewing experience. I was disapointed personally with the digital foul ups because I am a perfectionist for the most part so personally I couldn't sell it for what I thought it should be sold for originally.

From a viewers perspective I'm glad you don't think the little digital glitches are that bad. You can thank Sherodaka for the Archer interview she did an AMAZING AMAZING job and Johnny was very gracious to open up to her and the viewers we had whom were facilitating the interview with the live chat. I agree rarely have a seen a Pro of such stature talk for such lengths of time as well as being so personally engaging it really was historical like the whole event itself.

I hope more customers will respond favorably as you have.

Got my set last Sat and I thought it would take me a few days to watch the thing but once I got into it it was hard to turn it off. Great great match well worth the money.The 8ball had a few problems at first with the recording but after that was over I thought the rest went very smoothly.Also I am not a 14.1 fan but this was one riviting 14.1 game! You can't go wrong buying this 5 disc set.

I agree. A few glitches in the 8 ball set but overall, a tremendous package that is well worth the $55. Earl was sensational in all the matches particularly the 10 ball match which he lost by a hair. As others, I was riveted to the TV and had to watch all the matches the first day I got the set. Good luck with you sale.

Please do not post spoilers in this thread like "...which he lost by a hair." Many who are buying the video did not see the stream and would like to watch it without already knowing who won each set.
