Bad Action

ol' dude in Tulsa liked to say"money on the wood makes the gamblin' good" make em post

swissman...It depends on the bet. If you're playing cheap games or sets ($10-$20), I wouldn't necessarily make them post. But if they didn't pay up after the first win, I'd quit them and not play again. That only makes sense. If you're playing for $100...that's a different story...make them post upfront

Let me guess, big guy, 6'2", 260lbs, dark hair, deep voice, nicely dressed, kinda loud, prolly a goatee? Never heard of him, but i'll keep an eye out.

Just kidding, LOL. I think I know who you are talking about. I never knew of him to air barrel, but I never gambled with him, either. Hopefully you get your cash.

Well actually we started at 100 he couldn't "stay focused" because of the small amount, went to 200 and finally to 300 when he "didn't want to play anymore...great

swissman...In that case, you should have made him post on the first set, or declined to play any more (for any amount), until he paid up. Lesson learned...

So yall are making the bet as you are playing? Definitely post when a number gets locked....and start the match from that point.

This is why most pool players are playing poker- all the money is posted-by nine other people!

What happened to you sucks and Chris should know better... Since you're in Vegas and so is Chris, maybe you should try to try to resolve this matter in person and try to collect?

Payment please!!

Well I would think that he did try to work it out with that loser. Sounds like he's just trying to let others know, so you have this guy Chris post the money if you gamble with him. Thanks for the heads up!!

I'm your huckleberry.........but you gotta post LOL

I'm not backing anybody up at all. I don't want to be caught in any drama, But I feel I should say that I know that chris lost 2k or 3k to someone, I can't remember who exactly but it was kindof a bad game maybe. He was gettin beat times before that too. He mentioned he was stuck 5 or 6k from gambling pool since he got to vegas. I never heard of him stiffin anyone yet until now. Personally, I don't see him stiffin anyone but then again, who knows for sure.

Alright people here is what happened. I played this guy swiss Mark for $100 a set, he won the 1st then we upeed it to 200, again he won, the the 3rd set he won. I asked him to adjust the bet, he said NO, I am not sure about anyone else on here, but from where i come from you adjust if the game is out of line. he refused, and then said he was going to quit. another guy also agreed that he should adjust, i finally said FINE lets play for 300.00, i couldn't make a ball at this point. Anyway he was up 6-4 going to 8 i said since i have lost $500, could we play the rest of the set the next time we play, and he said yes at the time. I don't see where i have stiffed anyone!! i payed him the $500 i lost before i left that day, if he would have said no I refuse to play later i would have finished. I just have a hard time with all the comments, it is tru, i have lost $6000 in vegas, and have never stiffed anyone!! i will talk to MArk to make this right, but the last time i seen him, he was knocking my action with another local player. Any idea how to divy the set? he was up 2 games and we were playing race to 8 for 300.00 so thats what 30-something a game, should i just give him 60.00????? this guy is definitely NITTY and only wants the nuts to play..

Chris, if your story is correct, then swissmark owes you an apology. I've never known to pay a race set where it didn't announce the winner..

I know who you are, but do I know this swissmark?
