Funny this came up.. I got a VHS of that Movie somewhere in my house.. James Colburn.. Found it!!!
I think that cover watercolor is by Frank Frazetta (of Conan Fame) Double wammy...

Baltimore Bullet Cues

There were several cues made for this movie. I have only seen the one Bill McDaniel did with a real .32 bullet in the butt. I was told Papa Pete had all the cues, but that is all I know for sure. Anybody else got the skinny?
