9-ball banks or full rack?

9-Ball Banks which is short rack, ive been advised not to go beyond races to 3 because of the time involved in double elimination. I havent decided the entry fee just yet, just testing the water to see if there is any interest.

I'm down. Either way is a great game, just short rack is strictly banks where with full rack you are allowed 3+ rail kicks as well. Where exactly would this event be held?
