I can't imagine the pressure he must have been feeling
good promoting in that interview. could be fun to see him play, 2 and out of course, but it will show to the viewers that competitive pool isn't a cake walk

Has there ever been a pool promoter that didn’t play pool? I would think to put up with herding cats, one would have to be in love with the game. Emily is that today, but I’m wondering if she’s a total exception. I wonder how she got started in pool promotion.

Well how many pool room owners we've seen that can't play a lick of pool.
We don't expect them to run racks but they can't even hit a ball.
I’ve never seen that, personally. Every pool room I can remember visiting the owner was a player. Some only C speed, but they were addicted to the game.
