Chris breaks dry. The balls are lying runable, but not easy. Tommy really needs this game to avoid being in a huge hole. There's a bathroom break at this point.
Tommy has a good shot at the one ball with fairly easy position on the two. Tommy runs to the four and tries something, I don't know what, but it doesn't work. Chris runs out the rack to go 7 up.
Chris breaks and makes one ball. Cue ball hanging in corner pocket. Tries a billiard on the nine can double-kisses the one. Tommy tries to play a billiard off the one into the 9, but misses the nine completely. It was a two-way shot and he made the other ball. Makes the one, but gets bad on the two. Plays a safety on the two, but hits it badly and leaves Chris a shot on the two.
Meh.. Looks like another blowout....

Chris runs to the 6 and has to try a safety. Tommy tries a safety, but leave Chris where he can see the 6. Chris tries a safety, but leaves Tommy a long shot on the 6, which he misses rather badly. Seems pressure is becoming a factor at this point. Tommy leaves Chris easy on the 6 and Chris runs out to go 8 ahead.

Is the match tomorrow the supposed to be the same as todays and has it already been negotiated?
I am at work right now at the pool hall.
It's kind of slow and there is no action to sweat here, except of course the stuff I can dig up on AZ.

Chris breaks and makes a ball. Has a shot on the one but scratches. Tommy has ball in hand, but there is a cluster of balls that are lying tough. Tommy tries a combo on the 9 and misses. Some safeties ensue. Chris tries a jump shot, but misses the three ball.
Tommy runs to the 8 but is very tough on the 8. He tries a very thin cut and not only misses, but scratches. Chris makes the 8 and 9 for the set.
