I could be wrong but I belive his problem is inexperience.....but with his first post he makes claims about acuracy of the lathe being poor when it seems he doesn't know how to do basic setup on the lathe.....I am noticing a trend of this lately.....you don't have to learn anything....just blame the product......but new sellers have to fade this and work with it.....the problem is the guys never come back on here and talk about what happens behind the scenes and how the problem got fixed....they just leave the negative stuff
want to clean a shaft. A large part of the shaft is "inside" the headstock so this is not possible to clean the shaft on it's total lenght. A part will stay dirty that way.

Bassel should go ahead and send you some money for your tech support so far.
I'm happy to help anyone I can. This forum has given me so much, I just like to feel I can give a bit back.
Sorry guys, I was working all weekend trying to get coat up on my orders and I get a call from john to check AZ, my goodness the last email I got form the guy was on Thursday stating thanks for the block diagram on how to clean the shaft and now this. I am on the road right now, but I will post a reply once I get home.

Hi,
I've nothing against you Bassel, mayby my mail is missundertstood (Hard to wrote english).
I think my videos just show well problems I need to solve http://gallery.me.com/zab.
I never said I'm a pro using a lathe. That's true that I don't have 25 years of experience. But there is basic things I made on other lathes that I can't do with yours actually. I thought people here could help during the week-end. (thanks to Randy and those who pm me)
If, looking at videos I made, everybody said/says that the lathe they see has no problem and is perfect, ok. But it's not the case.
If there is only minor ajustment I should made, so, I'll need help for these adjustments. Whitout any user manuel, schemas, etc, no clue to do it myself.
Thursday, you sent me the schema for cleaning (if I follow it, just does't work the good way btw). In your reply, you zap to respond about missings parts. I said "thanks" for the schema before trying it, to be polite, waiting for a complete reply friday, that didn't come.
You've got time to post short message on this forum, maybe I would have appreciate a short reply saying the you'll take time to respond next monday because you're busy. That would be nice.
Anyway, I feel it will take too much time to you to help me, that it will be complicated because of language (too much "technical terms" to translate).
Consider the last PM i've sent you.
Thanks
