Who is going? I am planning on going Wednesday, and Thursday. Will I have to pay an admission to get into the Vendors/Commercial area at the Riveria?

I actually won a spot to the BCA pro event, but turned it down for my team and doubles partner. Now I found out one of our team members may not go for a health reason, so we may not even have a team.We do have a backup player though.

I will be there on the 11th to the 21st and as always, looking forward to it!
Hopefully Bob's team will be able to bring it home again this yr. His team took home 1st Place last yr!
No, you dont need a ticket to watch the amateur event or to shop in the vendor area. You do need a ticket to watch the pro event. It is around $10 a day I think, but I am not sure.PoolSleuth said:Who is going? I am planning on going Wednesday, and Thursday. I do not know where I will be flying from because my schedule got messed up.I have room reserved in Riviera for 8 nights and have tickets to watch the pro event.

watchez said:Sorry Eydie, I think EVERYTHING about the Riviera sucks except for the pool (both the tables & walking by the outdoor pool to & from matches for a good view). The buffet is atrocious. The steakhouse is fair but in Vegas you can do much better. And the table dealers are nothing but rude.
The Riv is not expensive compared to other hotels (read: second or third tier now with the Wynn, Venetian, Treasure Island, Trop, ...) and it has a lot of area to set up tables. I think other hotels with more rooms are going to be a lot more per room.frankncali said:... I am not real sure why all the events are in the Riv. I am not on the inside but from the outside it does not appear like they give a great deal and the location seems to be on a downward slide. The BCA and APA
nationals have really outgrown the location as well.
