BCAPL Texas State 8-Ball Championships **$7,000 Added**

Men's open had 131, paid $2000 for 1st. Men's team had 95 teams paid $4400 for 1st. We only added $5000 to the event last year, this year we're adding $7000. Check the brackets for all the payouts @ ctsondemand.com
 
Update!!!

There are a few updates that we are wanting to get out to you..

1st There is still time to get Entries in for the event, however now the late fee will apply.

2nd That on Thursday April 7th and Friday April 8th Vivian "The Texas Tornado" will be at the Event Center for an Exhibition so make sure that you make it out!! Spread the word also that she will be there. Will post the times as soon as we get them locked in..

3rd We have only received 1 entry for the Scotch Doubles on April 5th, So as it looks now the room will be open for Practice and Mini's.

4th Here are the Numbers for each event as of March 20th:

Is there no masters singles?
Also is there a list of state master players? Thats not national masters? I heard some people had to play in state masters division before, but are not national masters. Would just like to see that list of state masters if avail.
 
bumpity bump for a killer state event. Bad Boys travels easily 9-10 months of the year, rain, snow, sleet, multple flat tires on large semi's (imagine changing that in a snow storm)...little sleep, heavy lifting, why? Because they are the road warriors of the pool world :)
 
We do not have "State Masters" for Texas. Tabor is the only one that had those and this is now a BCAPL ran tournament so we only go by the ratings from the BCAPL.

Late entry dead line was Friday March 18th, now the late fee will have to be paid. We will be taking sign-ups on site up until 6 hours before the start of the event. Please do not mail any entries in to us after Saturday March 26th, due to getting all money into the bank and getting ready to head to Texas. Thanks

We are planning to have a short meeting with the players on Saturday to discuss things that we can do to make this event the best it can be. We will also put out some question sheets. We want the players to come and spread the word. I believe the Texas State tournament could easily be the biggest and best in the country.
 
i think you could help this event by answering your phone or returning calls from your voice mail we have called for at least a month and no answer
 
Apparently we were having problems with one of our phones, you can call me at 702-738-4950, if I do not answer I will return the call asap. I do not answer the phone when driving the truck. Sorry for any problems

We are here setting the Event Center up for the event. Scotch Doubles will be Played on Tuesday @ 7pm

In Addition

In addition to this website, the BCAPL website http://www.playbca.com/, and the Bad Boys Billiard Production Website http://www.badboysbilliardprod.com/ there is also a Facebook Fan Page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Texas-State-Bcapl-Tournament/205606876124419 being setup just for the Texas State BCAPL 8 & 9 Ball Tournaments.

This is being done to keep all the players informed through an additional source for tournament information.


PS.....this will be a permanent page used to update information pertaining to any BCAPL state event giving the players a known place to go.

I am getting geared up to go and think this might be our year...AGAIN... our team has won this event twice before and I am looking forward to another trophy (and payday) this weekend.

Hope to see some of yall there. Look for our team, Bad Boys from Odessa.

and good luck to our individuals, they should do really well!!

yes, the brackets will be on the CueSports Tournament System (CTS)

This is the online bracket system developed by CSI and used for the BCAPL nationals as well as the U.S. Open 10-Ball Championship, U.S. One Pocket Championships and U.S. Bar Table for example.
