At least we have learned that people that cheat, lie and steal, have a tendency to blame everyone else, trying to justify their actions. However, from shotmakers own statements throughout the thread, we can at least say that he knows little or nothing about real estate value.... I mean.... Who the hell buys a 3000 sq ft. House in a neigbourhood, that you, yourself, caractherizes as so bad that your mailbox is most likely to get robbed...

I must say that pathological liars always have amused me. They can never keep track of all their lies, and funny enough as it may seems, it is only logical that YOU, that has the nerve to question ME, is to blame.

i see you received your brianna butt back. I guess you also see that it was never in my hands, nor did i have a chance to obtain it on my end. As i told you , when i returend back here, from canada, there was no notice, and when i contacted the postal service with the tracking, they explained that it showed it was in their system, however they couldn't find it to let me have it without the item number on the notice, of which wasn't here, and must have gotten mixed in with someone else's mail.
I meant no harm , now azb is in a little ordeal of their own, i've obtained an attorney, because they have publicly called me a thief. i copied all of the posting and the actual statement that they posted for all to see. i'm seeking damages for slander\ defamation of character.
take care and i hope you didn't starve over $125, it's going to cost azb quite a bit more

Oh, I wouldn't worry too much about this threat. How is it possible to defame someone with NO fame?
I dont think slandering someone has anything to do with if the person is Tom Cruise or a regular unknown joe...lol.
He got judged and convicted in a public forum for something he didn't do, which unfortunately happens every day online because we have to assume everyone is a jackass and out to screw us.
That being said i don't think it's worth the guys time to sue over half a dozen or so AZB people calling him names.
this was a lesson in how NOT to act....
I don't really get on AZB much but came across this thread and read it entirely. I've had a few tranactions and they've all been a great experience and everyone that I've ever dealt with were absolute gentlemen.
I'm glad he got banned because he acted like a total idiot. All he had to do was make a phone call or get online to take care of his business. He's "well-to-do" so live a little. Stop being so cheap because you can't take it with you.:grin:
