EDIT:
I was not aware that i have to give a price. Thanks for the Notification.. I have absolutely no idea about a Price for this Cue because i am completely out of Pool Billiard for 15 years. I hoped that i could receive Messages with offers. Because i can´t give a Price tag i will delete this Sale.

I have highest respect for you Guys and the Forum. Always had good experiences here.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please respect my decision not to talk about Price in this Thread. Happy to communicate via PM with you and read your offer.
....
That's not how it works. The rules are you must post a price. If you want offers, there is always eBay.

I apologize. I was not aware of that.
It is that i absolutely have no idea about the Price.
I hope it is not offending if i put the Value to 5555 USD and then wait for the offers come in.
Otherwise please tell me and then i will delete my Sale.

Just throw a number out there, no reason to delete the thread. If you are too high people will quickly let you know.

Here’s what to do…….start a new thread in the Main Forum. Entitle it “Help Needed Determining the value of Scruggs Cue.”

Post pictures & describe the cue as best you can. Readers will ask questions of course and you likely won’t know the answers.

Expect questions like is it straight, size of the cue shafts, how much does the cue weigh, are the ferrules ivory, what kind of joint……that sorta stuff? You may not know but if you want to sell it, expect those questions from likely buyers.

If nothing else, you can sit and read the responses, some of which might seem comical but that’s how some people roll. Regardless, you will get help assigning a value to your cue. And there’s a chance you’ll get some offers as well.

Once you figure out more about your cue’s overall appeal and selling value in the secondary marketplace, you’ll be
better prepared to tackle selling it at a fair price which means it should sell relatively quickly. After all, it is a Scruggs.

We'll said. It can't hurt to give someone some advice whom hasn't been involved for a long time.

this is exactly what to do delete this thread go to main forum. Ask for the help establishing value have pictures and complete description and specs and you will find out an appropriate number then come back and post it for sale with all the same info and good pictures.

There’s always a market for a nice Tim Scruggs Q

Moderators……could you transfer this thread to the Main Forum so that it does not violate the For Sale Forum Rules?
The original poster can take better control over this thread in a different forum & avoid avoid upsetting other members.

Rules either apply or don't. If they don't, then get rid of them. Also, as an old cat in the pool hall used to say, "you can give me a bowl of shit, just don't tell me it is ice cream".
