Allright Dereck, we're all ears...
You poor guy.
I'm not a poor guy. I won over $500 playing $1/$2 no limit, had some wine, watched a chick flick with my honey, made sweet love and just woke up to the smell of breakfast and coffee.
So I log on to AZ and now I see you and your mean and spiteful posts and your ugly dog taking a crap on your life and everything else as usual. Your avatar is perfect for your hateful personality.
Like I said if anyone needs a hug around here it would be you.
You should look into getting some help. Counseling could change your life for the better. But as long as you continue down the path you're on the isolation will continue and you will become more and more detached.

Hey....
I'm Derek Savoie I did not take a damn thing, I was on my way to the airport to go home I was walking in the Mini Mania Room I did go into Omega Billiard's booth I was looking at the Lucasi's when a guy strolled out Mike's booth with 3 cues 2 Poison cues and a Meucci Cue he dropped them on the floor by the waiting line for the Mini Events I picked them up turned around and there was Mike he walked over to the floor manager and said he took my cues I told the floor manager the same thing I'm saying now I walked over by Mike's booth had all kind of people running their mouths I didn't say anything until we got to the Security Office Officer Lee asked Mike are you sure he did it after I told them what happened he said I want to press charges they asked him why when he got the cues back he said I need to make an example so it doesn't happen again. He finished his statement then left, they told me don't worry this will be resolved, I went to jail as soon as I went in front of the Judge it was dropped she told me as well as the lawyer that there was NO evidence that I had did anything wrong so I was released. Now all of you tough guys who took it upon yourselves to bash me and to harass MY wife have balls and come to me I'd be more then happy to discuss it, I'm no thief and I'll get very violent over this matter, make fun of my weight make fun of my clothes badmouth me all you want just have the guts to do it to my face and we'll see who has the last laugh. I love the game of pool and I've lost that because of this, I've lost a few things but everything happens for a reason. Regardless, I'm not some dumb white trash guy who runs around stealing from people. I work hard and pool was a passion of mine that I inherited from family, I wouldn't pollute the game by stealing especially from a booth with 8-10 security cameras in it. I'm not a coward and I have nothing to hide, that's why I spoke up.

Derek, I'm prepared to take another look at this situation.
But I think you should delete the threats ( just go to edit and hit 'backspace' )
I you do that, I'll turn you green and we can re-open this case.
I feel it took courage to join AZ under these circumstances, but you
won't be here long if you threaten.
So delete the threats and this thread will get a lot longer.

Yeah yeah keep it up it's okay because the only person that needed the truth got it that was the judge. I just wish I'd meet up with some of the "experts".

It's possible but not very believable that someone came running out of the booth and handed you the cues. But you are not very believable, especially since you made threats and mis-represented yourself on your first two posts. Just saying.
Question, do you want to break my jaw and cause me to eat through a straw because of this post? If yes a meeting location can be established. I live in Vidor, TX right by the golf course and the weigh station on I-10.
For someone who claims they are innocent, your actions here aren't going to make us change our minds. You're a thief, you got caught, and as matters stand, you're just making yourself look worse to everyone else.
Easy pard.....if you want to tell your side of the story your gonna have to tone it down before the mods delete you. I would probably be pissed to in your situation with everyone in your personal life. But how you move forward will have alot to do with the outcome of this matter. IF you handle yourself well and tone it down. You may be able enjoy pool once more and clear your name. But this ain't the way to do it. You need to take a deep breath and think about every response no matter how angry you are. If you are innocent handle yourself as such.
On a side note...me thinks I need to go and find the popcorn.

For someone who's supposedly religious and God-fearing, you certainly have quite a truck-driver's linguistic repertoire!
Like pt109 says, knock it off with the threats, and instead present your case well here, and folks' outlook might adjust a bit. Then again, if you don't, they won't.

Look I understand people are pissed and they have a right to be but contrary to what people may think I was there in that jail and if proven guilty they don't care who you are or where you are from they will bury you in paperwork and fines to keep you there, I didn't do it, I'm out I have to move I lost my job my spot in the APA and then my wife gets harassed yes I'm angry and there are people who know me I may be a "fat boy" but I can fight and I've done it all my life I may have a"fat face", or a "baby face" but I'm a grown man and I'm innocent. I've gotten heated over this due to the fact that I tried to do the right thing but it's okay the people who matter know what happened. So as far as the people who claim to know me Louisiana Tim, Jolly Roger, One out the money, and whoever else I don't care what you say if you'd like talk to me face to face that goes for anyone if I was guilty I would not come here nor would I be out of jail. I respect all of the pool players out there and I love this game. I have had to give it up for a while maybe for good but I did not do this.
