This is no tale, everybody watched it.
Jaysons accomplishment stands above Willie, Schmidt, and everybody else.
The amount of times Jayson played the game could be counted on one hand. It was obvious during Jaysons early attempts that his experience and knowledge of the game, could fit on the head of a pin. Even the experts on AZB said he has no clue how to play straight pool, he won't get past 200, etc, etc.
In a few days he caught on rather quickly.
His mental stamina was incredible for a guy known as a rotation player.
He accomplished in a week, what took Willie and others years to achive, including multiple attempts over a long period of time trying to break records.
If Jayson could go back in time, with the same amount of experience in straight pool as the greats, he would kick a lot of ass inside out.
He did it today, and he would have done it in 1960. And on the same equiptment they had.
The great straight pool players, past and present, have years and years of experience, thousands of racks, and hours invested in the game. Jayson is wet behind the ears.
They know all the intricacies of the game, and most importantly, maintaining concentration and focus over a long period of time, basically non stop. (Continuous 14.1)
Jayson is a straight pool beginner compared to them, go figure.
