Best ball pocketer on a tight table in pool?

I'd say Jayson Shaw. I've watched him play and practice on some 4.25" pockets and he was drilling hard long shots like they were 5" pockets on a bar table.

I would guess that there are other English 8 ball and snooker players that would shoot as straight.

Dennis Orcollo

I've seen him play on a tight 10ft & 9ft. He pockets balls very well and doesn't hesitate to hit he's supposed to. Making the back of the pocket ring on a tight table is quite impressive.

I'd nominate Jayson Shaw, SVB, Alex Pagulayan, and Thorsten Hohmann as well.

If my life was on the line and 1 shot had to be made to save it, my pick is Jayson Shaw or the Pearl.

SVB gave Corey Deuel the 5 and 6 ball playing 10 ball on that super tight GC table at Hard Times

He ran out like water and made it look like a barbox with buckets

SVB wouldn't match up in any rotation games on the tight table at Steinway Billiards (it's not even the tightest table in the area).

Daz would be my choice, as he did win the Chinese 8 ball world championship on those tight, tight rounded pockets, while Shane, Dennis, Earl and others didn't fare very well at all.

I agree with you guys, Shane and Orcullo make 4" pockets seem large.

Also, Alex Pagulayan. He plays center pocket 100% of the time and also has a lot of snooker experience.

Earl if he wants to. He plays kind of lazy and likes to play fast and loose but he can play with such precision it is amazing. Like I said, when he wants to.

I would tell a story about what Mike D did at my house a few yrs ago on my 4 and 3/8 pocket table with pocket shrinkers but a lot of you idiots on AZ will twist it around to a negative and say I'm badmouthing him so I'll keep it to myself!

I'll take Shaw for #1 because I said so;)

This might be the tightest table in the NYC area...

Gold Crown, 3 1/8 pockets.

Eric >going with J Shaw

If a ball is on the rail, does it have to be banked in, cuz it doesn't look like it will go down the rail...

That should be a federal offense ... anyone caught with a table like this should be serving a lengthy sentence. I think I broke a blood vessel just looking at your picture.
