Can't recall specifically, but he's in it. I believe there is one scene where Fats says "Rack 'em, Willie", and that's Mosconi. And his hands and stroke can definitely be seen in shots made in the film, since he executed some of them. He's listed in the cast (uncredited) on IMDB.

Wow, I decided to watch a little more (curiosity on how much dumber it would get), and wow, I feel sick after watching that. Efren should be ashamed to have been in something so stupid. I thought Efren was just fine by the way, but all others were just over the top ridiculous, and that music was really silly I thought, lol. I prey that this is not the type of entertainment that the general public enjoy while watching a movie with a pool scene in it.

Watching "Our brand is crisis" Sandra Bullocks character gives a bottle of Newmans Own to someon and references "Fast Eddie". Lol
