Recently purchased a Palmer that needs a new butt cap, Ferrule and Joint. Wanted any advice on a good Cue Maker on the East Coast that I can trust.

Thank you Tony and Ryan. I can't take any more work right now.

This simple statement speaks volumes.
It's how you maintain control in your shop and in your life.
Folks, it's not always about the money.
Mr Webb, I salute you.

Mike Webb. He has a lot of the original parts too.

I forgot about Mike, I would certainly recommend him over Scott. Mike is a great guy with a reputation that is totally above beyon repute. In addition his work is about as flawless as it can get.

I don't know if Paul Rubino is still active but he used to have a lot of the old Palmer parts and did a terrific job restoring Palmer cues.
Definitely an east coast guy.

I wouldn't hesitate to send any cue to Proficient or Mike Webb.
In fact they are at the top of my list to send some nice Josswest cues I have that were not finished very well.
