Best Playing Cue Over $2K

Give this thread enough time and you'll get the name of just about every cuemaker out there. Even guys that have never sold a $2k cue.

If you're looking to spend $2k+ on a cue, try anything you can get your hands on and see for yourself.

I think when your getting into a cue that expensive, its all esthetics.
The capability of the player has to come into play.Great equipment will
compliment a great player,a great player can compliment bad equipment, and bad players do no justice for great equipment.
Great equipment always helps, but putting in the table time needed produces results.

I'm not even gonna give my answer, because there will be some d-bag that hasn't had 100 cues in his life make a smart ass remark about it just like in your other thread. It seems like there are a ton of those types on here now.

What is the best playing cue over $2K?

The best playing cue in that price range is the invisible cue. This cue was designed and built by George Balabushka for the invisible man in 1969. The cue has a Burton Spain forearm, with 97 inlays and Georges now famous Wedding Bands. The cue was specially made at 60 inches long, it has three original shafts, and it weighs 20.6 oz. There has never been another cue like it, if it were visible the cues design would make you instantly insane.

Here are the photo's:

Now that is a cue, and think everyone agrees that none could ever play better.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

I understand there is a waiting list longer than Southwest's to have an invisible cue made. Folks say that George Balabushka is alive and living with Jim Morrison in France and may get back in the cue buiseness.

Turkey, you beat me to it. My words exactly...lol

LOL!

I'm nothing if not quick on the come-back.

I am committed to a few things in life. It's a simple list. I won't share it here....except to say that one of the things on that list is that I will NEVER sell my JOSS....or the Fellini it came in.

If my house caught fire today, once the kids were out I would grab one thing....that cue.....everything else could burn.

I have nearly been in that circumstance. I lost everything in a fire about 12 years ago. Many things very dear to me were lost forever...but not my cue. That I saved.

No sir it isn't, in fact I know some one who actually played with that cue and the last time I saw him was right after he was finished. He told everyone that the cue was the best cue ever had the pleasure to shoot with. After that he was never seen again, don't know if he left town or what but just like the cue he is no longer visible.:grin:

You had to see the Wayne's World II Movie to get the pun!

Alright. You now have several cue related posts. What point are you trying to make. Weren't you trying to sell a Bushka a while back and nobody believed that's what it was? Is that the motivation for all of this? Spill it.
