Best rail cushion

It has been around 10 years since I built my table and I have a dead rail. It is time to replace them...

In your opinion what is the best rail cushion to replace them with? I currently have Championship K66 and while I would have liked them to last longer than 10 years they have been good to me.

As always help is appreciated.

Artemis.

I used to be a fan of Brunswick Super Speed.....
...but I think they've been out-sourcing it....has much of the same
qualities of cheap rubber.

Artemis Pool 66 is the K66 profile - not to be confused with Artemis Intercontinental 66 which is a K55 profile. Excellent precision and durability in a full gum rubber cushion but a bit pricey.

Thanx...I'm going to remember that.

I always wondered why Artemis did that - naming there K55 profile cushion with the number 66. It just seems unnecessarily confusing.

My question is: except for the profile, are the pool 66 and the intercont. 66 the same cushion i.e. the same material, manufacturing process, quality, etc.? The reason I ask is that it seems the intercont #66 is more expensive leading me to believe it is a different and higher quality cushion, but then that would surprise me that Artemis doesn't make it available in both profiles.

Intercon 66 being a K55 profile has more rubber.

That's the only difference between the "pool" and the "intercontinentals" - other than that (profile aside) they are the same cushion in terms of quality etc? Wow, they must have A LOT more rubber because they seem to be almost twice as expensive.
