best shaft for ball pocketing/accuracy?

what do you all recommend as the best point and shoot shaft?
no concern around deflection, hit or anything else, wood or carbon doesn't matter to me
 
youre gonna get 100 different answers including the cliche "its the indian not the arrow"

But generally speaking, regardless of materials used, the larger diameter the tip the more forgiving it will be. 13mm is a good starting point.

I used a 13.25mm one time and it was very "point and shoot" on center ball shots but also really high deflection if you need to spin the ball, thats the trade off with larger tip diameters.

I have been using a Predator Vantage shaft, 12.9mm and low deflection shaft for the last 2 months and I'm really liking it. Its as close to best of both worlds that Ive found.
 
I like the black REVO shaft for its visibility. Whatever you play best with, feel comfortable with is the best for you. It's a custom/personal feel thing. Try different diameter and different length shafts to see what fits.

As mentioned above questions like this will get a 100 different answers .

To answer your question I'll revert back to my upland bird hunting days when asked what hunting dog is best ?
It's the one you have now , same thing with playing pool , which cue and shaft is best .

Some cues have a sweet spot if you will that produces consistent positive results as long as you do you're part with a straight stroke .
This works for me and you're results may vary ha ha I wish you well on finding a answer to you're question .

no such thing. find one YOU like. no offense brother but this is almost as bad as asking 'what's the best tip?'. you're just gonna have to hit a few. hate to say this again but the indian is WAAAAAAY more important than the arrow.

I dont think you can go wrong with the vantage, I really like it. I used to use a Z3 which is just a touch lower deflection then the Vantage but the smaller diameter of 11.8 on the Z3 can and will punish you if youre not 100% locked in, but the Vantage is much more consistent for me as far as accuracy and amount of spin i want on the ball. It didnt take me long to adjust to the Vantage

The most accurate potters seem to be the snooker players. What kind of shafts do they use?
