So I should just get over it, huh? I started a thread stating I wanted an old Sledgehammer break cue. I sent out the money immediately via postal money order. I received a BUTT. So I have the shock of holding half a cue, that is not what I asked for, and in addition - beat up worse than any cue I have ever owned. I asked to reverse the deal because I was not happy. He said no. So you are telling me that I should have spent more money to send it back to him, not get my money back (because he stated that it wasn't going to happen) and have no item at all - and no proof? And you think I should have someone work on the butt at my cost? That is brilliant... Then there is the part where he rubs it in my face with "sorry you have buyer's remorse" and gives me neg itrader. Incidentally - I spoke to another member that Brain71 had contacted in the same week that he told me that I wasn't getting my money back, because he lost his job and needed the money. Ole Brain71 told this other guy to hold onto an item for him and he would be sending the money soon. See - that's the problem, others get hurt in the following chain of events if we members don't alert others of the screwings that we incur.
He got his money - I want my itrader fixed. THEN I will let it go. I learned my lesson. The one thing I will say is - I saw a member get banned for making a racial slur on this BILLIARDS site. A site where things are described, money changes hands, and people report the quality of the business deals conducted. So should there be some type of action when a BILLIARD deal went bad - and there was no refund, then the seller mocks you over it because he thinks he got away with it?
When my itrader is fixed - I will let it go. I made my point. People are aware. I did my part to help other members be aware or it. But when someone is considering doing business with me and wants to check me out before doing so - I don't want there to be a black mark on my reputation and character. I work at a law enforcement job, and I am a traditional karate teacher (for 31 years). My reputation and honor mean a lot to me. The loss of money is one thing - but I will not allow the loss of my CREDIBILITY...
That pretty much says it all. I agree, you should be restored back to "11" imo.
