Beware of Singernak part 2

Dave, you will be WAY better off to make this right instead of insisting that AC jump through hoops and then you will mail out the shaft. Argueing with AC makes you look bad as a seller and will make more people not want to deal with you.

Just send him the shaft and then move on, be done with it.

I'm not bagin' on you, just trying to help.

Peace!!

I agree with you, however i want to be sure that AC will follow thru with removing the negative comments on Itrader and this thread and let people know that he is happy.

This is what is what i am going to do, i am going to ask Ariel to match the shaft i left in his possession with the one i traded him so that it will match up perfectly and have Ariel or someone from his shop meet with AC and give it to him.

If he for some reason doesn't come thru with his end of the bargain, the AZ'rs know the real deal and i will request that the Admin remove the negative Itrader.

AC, look for Ariel to call you to meet up with you next week.

I am sorry for the miscommunication, and hope you will be happy.

It is just amazing what it take to make you do the right thing. And, now of course you want the slate wiped clean and this information to be erased.

Why? you afraid all this information including the links provided in the Thread may hurt your ability to sell something?

Oh, and yep just checked my phone again. No messages, no missed calls, and still have 52% of battery. I'm heading to bed now, so just leave a message.

Steven

Sorry Chris, I had names mixed up when I made my last post.

Glad to hear that you will get Ariel to make up the shaft and get it to AC.

Then the crap here will die down and you can both go on with your lives.

Russ........

NO WAY!!! Period!

There is absolutely NO WAY Tad Kohara would have issued a LOA for any cue he made without mentioning a rollout in the butt or the shafts... It simply would not happen.. The Tad was straight when it left his shop.. I think we ALL know that..

the LOA was written awhile ago. Thanks for your input, if you question it further call Jimmy Ingram and ask him if it had movement in the joint.

I will post his Email to me if you would like.

Ariel Cue

Looking on hearing from Ariel and getting this done and sorted out finally. :) I will follow through with my part immediately. AC

Patience

Chris,

I have still not heard from Ariel, should I just contact him and let him know that the shaft that you dropped off is for me and handle it that way?

AC

Hope this all works out and everyone is satisfied. I purchased a TS Hoppe from Chris recently and it was exactly as described...cue is now my main player.

Why even ask? If it is supposed to be yours, then pick up a phone, jump in the car, whatever it takes. If this is rightfully yours, then go get it.

As for changing the iTrader I don't see where it will make a difference with all the bad deals I doubt anyone will check iTrader on Singernak the name now speaks for itself!

Chris brings all of this crap on himself.. If he would just do it right in the first place he wouldn't have this dark cloud hangin over his AZ head.. He should have been "outta the car" a long time ago.. It has happened too many times and it WILL happen again.. When you want to know how the horse will run, you look at the form, right?

ginacue 17A

i see the same gina cue that he was selling is back on ebay with the exact same description as when he was selling it but now its being sold buy someone with the user name of
scott-n9ai
makes you wonder if he couldnt sell it so he is trying to use another account to throw people off if not then this cue must be alot worst then they are saying cause they are playing hot potato with it if its not him then that was the 2nd are 3rd time the cue is up for sale in the last month and he has a bid on it of almost $1800 i guess it will be for sale again a week after the new owner gets it but the wobble isnt that bad

I still insist to keep his negative iTrader although he "OFFERED" to remove my negative iTrader if I remove his. I was the buyer and received a cue not as described and I got a negative iTrader because I left him one.

It certainly does. As soon as I saw his name on an email with a stupid
low ball offer of a cue of mine on craigslist, I wanted absolutely nothing
to do with this diseased foreskin perpetrating a human being.

Yep need to leave his iTrader as is he earned it and more!

I'm the current owner and as far as I know, that Ginacue has been for sale twice since the original owner bought it from Ernie. Once via Chris when I bought it and once when I tried to sell it here and on the bay. So, no Chris didn't use a fake user name to try and get rid of it on eBay and no one is playing "hot potato" with this cue. If you'd done a little research here you could've found that out, since it's posted for sale here as well, and noted that I put it on eBay, but I suppose blind conjecture is more exciting. If you think it's been for sale more than that, it'd be easy enough to find out, since the cue has a unique veneer combination.

The Gina is actually very nice and it sold on eBay for $1750, but the buyer was in Taiwan and I'm not shipping a cue with ivory overseas, so I still have it.

As far as the wobble, it's actually exactly as Chris described it: not bad. It wobbles about 1mm and it's not warped. I posted a bunch of links to YouTube videos I took of the cue to show how minor the wobble is in the auction, and if I decide to sell it again, I'll post them here.

Whatever problems Singernak has, the Gina isn't one of them. He said it has a wobble, it has a wobble. Other than that, it's a nice cue in excellent shape, and if a Chudy RC3 cue that I've wanted for two years hadn't finally come up for sale, I wouldn't have tried to sell the Gina. As it turns out, I found some extra $$, so I don't need to sell the Gina.

Behalf of Chris

I just want to say a few words on behalf of Chris.I own that Tad now and he was up front with me about it and I think he is a good dude, and that none of us are perfect.I was happy with the transaction and have been offered twice what I payed for the cue,and it hits the balls Super and for now will keep it,but do know If I had to sell it that I wont lose. This world is full of Ass holes that want to screw you out right or subtlety, but in my opinion Chris is not one of those, maybe enterprising and a bit aggressive,as we get older we learn.Thats my two cents whether is worth something or not I really dont give a shit.I know one thing and that is since I have been a member here,I see people are tring to sell cues for hundreds more than they are worth and folks want to buy them for hundreds less than they are worth and think at one time or another we are all guilty of that bull shit and that we would be well to do,as to point fingers up our own squall to calm it.

That's Great News To Read About

In todays resale cue market, if you get an offer for twice what you pay for a cue unless your purchase was made at just an incredible savings opportunity, it's seems pretty rare to double your money on any cue.

Everything I see listed for sale, regardless of the cue-maker, selling upwards of $2k and higher just seem to be struggling to get the price the seller wants. All one has to to do is browse the for sale listings and look at the date of the original post and then read the price drops on the thread, and that pattern has become just all too common nowadays.

So IMO, anytime you can double your money quickly, then you have acquired a unusually desireable cue that still commands tremendous buyer interest.........I say sell the darn cue and take advantage of this weak resale market and keep trading up in cue-makers. I know there are exceptions wherein a cue will sell in a few hours after being listed. But the number of times that happens is so vastly overshadowed by cue listings that drag on and on with price concessions trying to consumate a sale.

So if you can double your money on a cue that quickly, you are definitely a smart buyer and take advantage capitalizing on cue sale opportunities when they come along.......CUDOS.
