BHE vs FHE

....you'll stop breaking mine? Which you do every time you fail to answer a simple question. Another nonsensical post which doesn't address any of the points I put forth in my post.
Another question: Have you ever watched yourself playing pool?
That's quite the interesting stance you have there.
Do you teach that or are you one of those do as I say not as I do type of guys.

There’s plenty of information. Very well known, video’d, etc. TAR interviewed him on it. There’s also a Filipino book on it. @JoeyInCali can shed light as can @Jaden. Of course, I’ve watched Efren live like other people. It’s pretty obvious a dynamic English thing.

Yes, Efren taught it to me, that's how I learned it. I didn't even try it for three years after he taught it to me because I didn't think there was any way it would work and I thought he had to be doing some kind of subconscious aiming adjustments.

Then in 2002, I overheard a friend, Chip Klein, talking about it to someone else and I said that's what Efren taught me 3 years ago. That's when I started using it, and haven't really looked back.

I WAY more recently found out about FHE through Jeremy Jones, but it's only really viable using Low Deflection tech. It puts the FHE pivot point right where more modern techniques put the handle holding hand.
FHE gives several advantages, including: Being able to bridge anywhere to avoid OBs that are in the way and not having to change the angle of your shooting arm as with BHE, and being able to use a more square stance since you don't have to be able to swing your arm in and out.

With me it doesn't matter, I've been using BHE long enough that I've got a straight stroke no matter how much angle my shooting arm has.
