I don't want to bad mouth a legend in pool, but I have to turn the sound off when he is commentating.
I know he is getting up there in age, but a whole lot of the stuff he says makes absolutely no sense to me. He will call things that make me wonder if a "banger" is commentating in Danny's body.
I have never sat in the booths, but I would assume that someone sitting in one would have at least the same view of the table on one of their screens that I have on mine. Some of them will say "will that ball go?" and I'll be looking at my screen and think "WTF?"...the ball with have a bike path to enter the pocket.
He isn't the only one who does this. There are a lot of them. JJ is one of the best and never does this and I wonder how he can see and call things sitting in the same booth and the others can't.
