Billiard ball puzzle

Someone showed me a math puzzle years ago using a box of billiard balls. Using all 16 balls in rows of 4 ( Just like they sit in a box or storage rack) and using the balls numerical value (Cue ball as 0); there is a combination where all the balls in each row going vertical and horizontal add up to a certain number. I can't seem to remember what that specific number was.

Anyone know this one?

It is very easy to do it only takes me like 10 seconds to do it. When I do it though they add up to 34. The cue ball is 16 I showed this to a kid one night in the pool room. He came in the next night and he had worked it out so they added up diagonally as well. I never saw anyone do that before.

Now there is an idea, you can rack your own but only if the numbers add up to a certain # given by the ref. If you can't rack that in 20 seconds, you lose the break.
