Cue's finished now. Wish I could take better photos. It looks a lot better in person than in the pictures.

That's real nice looking Tony! I like those long points reminds me of Lambros points. Where in Mass are you located? I'm originally from Gloucester and will be up this summer some time to visit some old friends.

Thanks Quedup. My last 4 cues (2 I still own) were Lambros Cues, so I got hooked on the long points too.

I live in Marlborough currently. My main business takes me all over the place though. I probably know every town inside of 495.

I'm lucky enough that in my business, unless I am on the road for appointments, I sit around waiting for the phone to ring. I moved my office to my workshop, so now I can keep busy all day. I thought I'd have another cue to show later this week, but I'm booked solid the rest of the week, so maybe next week.

Well, I thought I might have one that I might be able to sell, but somebody called as I was attaching the butt section today and bought it.

Anyway, I think it came out pretty good. Still a few weeks from completion, but you get the idea...

Tony I really like the cue, I like the woods used, the color's of the veneering and ring work. I also like the way you cut the forearm at the bottom of the points and just above the tip of the veneer's. This truly gives the cue the illusion that the points are longer than they actually are.;)

I really think your design over all is fantastic, great work, please keep it, I would like to see more in the future.

Have a great night Tony!!!!!!

I've had about enough pictures of your cues, Tony. Do you wake up every morning and say "I think I'm going to make the guys on AZ drool over my gorgeous cue today" Those veneers are sick! They pop like fireworks. Are these cues for sale or for orders? It wouldn't be a bad idea to give a price range for some of these cues you've been posting. Whether they are available or not the are sweet.

Dave

Sorry Dave. I'm pretty new to this whole thing and if I have something I think looks good, I like to get some feedback. Maybe I should start posting the ones that make it to the fireplace so that you guys could get a real laugh.

So far, what I've posted were either freebies for friends or were sold to friends. I have a few in progress for some posters here. At present, I've gotten $450 for any of the basic cues with 4 points, 2 shafts and 3 veneers. This particular cue, I was going to ask $750-$800 for and got a call yesterday afternoon from a friend. I offered him a free cue and he said he'll take that one. Already paid me and I don't think it will be done for about another month.

As for orders, you can send me a message to see. I have a full time job though, so it may take a few months to get something done.

Real nice Tony...can you get the points any longer?

Martin

If somebody would sell me some longer veneers I could. These will shorten up a bit before the cue is finished. Shouldn't be by too much, but I used all I could get out of the veneer strips and I'm a little nervous to cut the points in any later. Maybe when I get a bit more confident I'll go for it. I'm at .910 now and not much room for mistakes.

this cue came out great tony. i'm looking forward to meeting up with you after the 4th. have a good trip.
