Please see the link to find current bitcoin value...its at 819.00 right now. Im not sure where these guys are getting the notion that bitcoins are worth 17 bux ...maybe a news source from year and a half ago. Each bitcoin is currently worth over 800 dollars easy. I bought all of mine at 18 and a half over a year ago and dont regret it at all. I cant believe how horribly uninformed this community is about the greatest investment of our time. Go on thinking its monopoly money...in the meantime i will retire before i turn 40.

Better do it before the bottom falls out then....in a few years from now, they will be a thing of the past.....bitcoin mining is nothing but a silly game, as is bitcoin itself. Schema is very that of a complex high tech pyramid scam. I love everyone's ASSumption that anyone that doesn't buy into bitcoin is 'uneducated' or 'uninformed'.... I am informed, which is why I wont touch this travesty....

Amen. It's pretty ignorant to post blindly about what they are and how they're "fictitious." I don't even own any and don't plan on investing in them, but yes, they're real and are a live currency accepted by MANY places of business.
 
I have to LOL about how emotionally charged people get over this..... Its like any otehr kind of investment.....Gold & other precious metals are still legal tender world-wide as well, but how often do you go to a merchant and pay them in gold bits?! Bitcoin is the same way, except in other than a high tech pyramid scheme, bitcoin is backed by nothing, whereas atleast gold is worth soemthing in its native form.

FWIW, I've been partially retired since around 31.....I'm 40 now....and I did it the old fashioned way, hard work, a little cunning, and some luck.......had nothing to do with investing in poop...
 
Investing in "poop" as you say is a good investment if you have a buyer. Seeing as how bitcoin is traded amongst powerful and rich people I doubt it will go anywhere soon. That being said its not a long term investment..... and I can cash them out ftf in new york for about 72.5%. I must say they are easier to move than cues and 17 bucks to 809 bucks is a decent 4 year return lmao. The key to making it in the pyramid game (exactly what its turned into) is cash out before your friends. But yeah I have a gina... couple south wests, gilbert, porper, nova, ect. Hit me up we can do something.
 
Buying black and grey market goods with bit money sounds shady to me. I have a nice bridge I would be willing to negotiate with you.
