Bk2 f!@$!?@*%

I hope I never have to deal with ECS (Exploding Cue Syndrome).

At least its better than ESS.

Lets see how long it takes for someone to remember what movie ESS was from :)

As far as the thread, I hope they take care of it Dawg. A couple of times I was at the poolroom without my cues and played with a friends predator BK, it played VERY well LOL.

Hopefully they replace the shaft. I am also in the school of playing with my break cue with a phenolic tip, at times. I find no problem with cue ball control at all. If anything, I end up getting more juice of the cue ball than I want. Crazy english. It is nice to break and run with a cheap J&J jump/break. You get over the click when all you hear is the sound of the balls pocketing.

Thing is, I don't really bend it that much at all... It exploded on all sides the joint was actually forced up into the shaft as you can see by a few of the pics.

Maybe this will help:

WOW that's insane , I've got a BK2 and have never had any problems but I'm sure when you contact Predator they should help you out with this , that's the first that I've ever seen this happen to , man you must have got some power to your break .

*bump* for the evening crowd and a repeat request for e-mail addresses for predator contacts.

I went to www.predatorcues.com and noticed "Contact Us" and "Customer Service" links immediately. It listed their toll free number, an address, an option to e-mail questions via a form if you prefer not to phone them, and miscellaneous other information about customer service.

Rather than 5 pages of posts hypothesizing whether or not it will be covered under warranty, why not just call and find out?

Wow when I first aw the pics I threw up a little (in my mouth). You wern't kidding, I bet they will take care of it.

Not nearly enough drama. I bet the shaft was a little loose at the joint.
:p

By the looks of those pic's, it had to have been a "Friday afternoon" cue. She may have even been a Friday night. :shocked2:

Why you wanna go and piss in my kool aid after I just tell you a story about a REALLY bad experience. This thread was not a question, it was sharing an experience. A very bad one, with my e-friends here at AZ. Be great if someone else had a similiar experince and could share what they did, or if one of the Pred guys popped in and offered to try to help rather than me filling out some online contact survey/customer service crap which for all I know could be outsouced to india or something.

Communicating with people of like interest about an experience on an internet forum??. Thats fuxing odd of me.

Thanks for chiming in. asshat.

*edit* p.s. I spoke with the guys a Pred today, recommended I ship the shaft to them for further inspection. I'll let you know what happens.

Thanx capt. obvious. Ok, Im sorry I forgot to mention that im not completely fuxing brain dead.. I know they have a website and I am even coordinated enuff to click the little link that says "contact us"... Wut I was asking for was a specific contact. Perhaps someone who knows someone there that I could have spoken with personally rather than filling out a e-form and sending it blindly to who the fux knows who?

I'm sorry, Im really aggitated. and I can't spell.

Forgive me, I've lost a loved one.

you'd be surprised. around the same time i was posting, i spent a half hour on the phone with some lady trying to explain to her how to click on a check box to clear the check out of it. and yor probably missed it, but i also edited to include my experiance with thier custoemr service when i had a shaft break on the other end. :P
