to answer your question, I have seen the cue before on AZ. I cant recall who had it though. AZ'er could've been the previous owner and now the new owner is selling it on eBay or it is the same AZ'er. who knows.

If I'm not mistaken, that is Duc aka, Cuemaster98. Good guy to deal with.
 
His web site is customcuesntips.com so i would think it is him. Plus he had the same cue for sale on here a couple of weeks ago.
 
Hi Guys,

Yes, that's one of my cue. I've created a US account, Customcuesntips, because listing any cues with ivory from our Canadian ebay account will almost certainly void the listing. But it also look like you can't sell anything with ivory on ebay going forward anyway.
