Blind ass luck PATS don't get none today

Best superbowl I've seen in years! Nobody knew who would win until literally the last minute. I loved it! But then, my habit is to root for the underdawg,,,

You gotta hand it to the Giants defense. They shut Brady and Moss down for the most part. Eli played well, but hes not quite Peyton yet.

You got that right! The Giants defense should all be the MVP's! They shut Brady and the Pats down and gave the offense chances over and over again. Finally in the 4th quarter, Manning woke up and the Giants receivers starting hanging onto the ball.

I got down pretty good on this one and took the points (12.5), but I didn't like my bet in the second and third quarter. Once the Giants finally broke thru with a TD, I liked my bet, A LOT!

I'm just tickled they got whooped so my Dolphin's record stayed untied or actually unbeaten if you count 3 more games played this year by the Patriots compared to the 1972 Dolphins.

Leonard is happy but not about this years Dolphins

I got 8 to 5 on the money with a coworker (a non-gambler co-worker, I might add...) for a small bet, his $40 to my $25...

I just didn't think that the Patriots could be almost a 2-1 favorite over the Giants. They certainly had me sweating until the last 60 seconds, though. :D

Just noticed I broke thru 7,000 posts today. That's sick! Get a life Jay!

Oh well, I think I won a toaster. MIKE!!!!

You're right, Peyton would have choked!

I thought it showed a real lack of class that the coach was already in the tunnel when the game ended, rather than out congratulating the Giants.

You know that the real line on the Giants was more like 3-1! You may have taken a bad bet(as far as getting a better line) but you still won.

He did congratulate the other coach (or tell him that he was lucky!:( ) before they put the clock back to 1 second.

I've heard a lot of people mention this and I think it's ridiculous. Both coaches met in the center of the field and shook hands before the game actually ended. If Belichick hadn't already congratulated the other coach, then yes it would have shown a real lack of class not to shake hands at the end of the game. If the Giants wouldn't have came onto the field and started celebrating before the game officially ended... we wouldn't be having this conversation.
