I've talked to Bob a few times about his cues and have even designed two with him that I will hopefully be able to get going soon. This is definitely a great looking cue! On one of my designs with him, I tried to coerce him into trying bridged veneers, but he wasn't quite ready for those. Obviously he can not only do them, but do them amazingly well too....so I will have to get one started with him!

awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
i want bob to adopt me!!!!!
he could only pass that skill onto family

question:

OK, very nice cue. Now I have a question for you, what's it weigh? I tried getting an ebony break cue for my playing cue but Bob talked me out of it by telling me it was going to weigh more than I wanted. I see yours has MORE ebony than I was gonna get, so now I'm curious. Also, I REALLY hope that cue is going to be USED, and not just thrown into a case or a closet...THAT WOULD BE A WASTE OF A VERY FINE CUE!!!!!

p.s. mine was gonna be cored ebony also, and its nice to see how it goes together. Those veneers are SICK!!!

Wow!!!

Real nice cue. Bob has really stepped it up. He's a great guy to work with also. Congrats.

That's insane. It looks like he just glues them on the outside and then they magically go into the cue! Great design and execution. That sure is a lot of skill and experience showing in those pics. Thanks for sharing.
