Bocote full splice I built

This is the first full splice out of my new jig. I couple tinny adjustments and I'll be happy. It needs two more turns before I can see how sharp the tips are.

The Bocote is the forearm.

You'll have to get your wife to take photos of the sharp point tips so we can appreciate them fully. (Bustin' your chops, Scott).

Best,
~Beau

Will do. I'd like to see the points under a good camers. I'll post pictures of the top and bottom of each point.

Im sorry i didnt know , fantastic looking blank sir...:)

My posts are as bad as my pictures. I like the questions so feel free to ask anything anytime.

The full splice cues I've build are all in the hands of local players. I don't think I've posted pictures of any. One AZ member has a full splice jump cue I built. It even has a butterfly splice shaft. It went to one of my favorite customers. Mr. Dennis W.

I never posted pictures of that jumper. Kinda fancy for a jumper.

Here's pictures

.................

I couldn't wait to see the points. The wood is stable and I hope I don't loose it to a warp. It's .860" at the joint.

The closer to size it gets the better the points look. I'll show all the points when it's cleared.
