Bought the "Straight pool bible" at a book fair!

First of all, I know what you are thinking..."What the "F" was Easy doing at a book fair?!?!"

My wife wanted to go. She was an English major and gets her adrenaline fix by shopping for books. It was a short 2 hour drive:rolleyes:.

So I was making the best of it by trying to find the erotica section, when I stumbled across the game section. They had all kinds of books on poker and other card games and then a small section of pool books!

Among them were the Kid Delicious book (which I already own), a couple of instructional books, and the straight pool bible. They were all brand new and $4 or less!

I also got a book on how to do my own electrical work around the house...pray for me:thumbup:.
 
This reminds me so much of the Bill Burr standup routine. "So yeah, she wants me to go to this sidewalk festival thing. It was a typical girlfriend idea: It sucks; and it's gonna take all Saturday."

You did find a gem in the rough though.

Hey, Easy-e would you mine driving back there another two hours to pick up that Kid Delicious book for me? .............. LOL Only kidding.

Good find. I just bought it last week off of Ebay. I was bored and did a search for straight pool. You beat me, I gave 9 bucks for it.
 
We have an awesome book fair. The next one is in July. I will post before I go and you guys can give me a wish list. I will gladly ship them to you for cost.
