No, you're 8 hours behind Doha. The first match Saturday is at noon Doha time, so that would be 4 am Central Time, 5 am on the east coast.

I don't see the problem either. There's three guys in that picture that didn't even get dressed, they just wrapped themselves in their bed sheets.
Players should pay some heed to the culture of the country that is funding the event, It is alien to their culture to display the soles of your feet and we should respect that and a number of other practices that are considered anti social in the Middle East.
Perhaps the Qataris should issue players with a list of these as they are features of everyday life.
