This is a work of art from Mr. Runde, it is Jatoba wood, birdseye, curly maple, and ivory. The joint is made of a resin impregnated burl wood and is very unique. Absolutely beautiful cue with Bob's recut points. Cue is NEW and unchalked. Looking for $1350, shipped in the US.

Butt weight: 15.13

Shaft #1: 13.00 mm @ 4.32 oz

Shaft # 2: 12.92 mm @ 4.05 oz

Both shafts have yellow micarta ferrules

I dislike wrapless cues very much.....and this one is NICE!!! :) :)

Beautiful cue, sir....and an excellent player's weight, too.

Mr. Runde puts together some seriously nice work. This one ranks right up there with the rest of 'em for great looks.

Looks pretty dang spiffy. How does she hit ? Is it the old Micarta ? Could you do a shot of the wood grain at the end of the shafts (looking up the joint hole) ?

thanks,
tim

Good morning BUMP, Looking for some more offers!

PS: I don't need a set of tires, a lawn mower, or your grandmas gold bracelet. :D

Thanks,

Doug

A beautiful example of Bob Runde's work. I really like the new Runde cues, and the recut points.

Looks Like Bob is Changing Gears!

Nothing about this cue is traditional Runde style.:)
It appears that Bob is switching gears to less inlays with more experimentation in woods, joints, and ringwork. I love this new direction. I owned a Runde 00 in 2000 that I honestly couldn't bring myself to seriously play with because it was so much of a "beauty queen" that I was afraid it might get bumped or bruised on a night out. The cue played lights out, but got little use, so I sold it to a Runde collector who I am sure put it away with the many others he had.

This cue with its LBM rings and all is a real deviation from anything I have seen from Bob. Great cue. I will be jealous of the person that acquires this beauty. I wouldn't hesitate to play with it, yet still be proud as hell of its distinctive looks.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet!

Almost looks like ivory as well.
Sure as hell does. I've been wondering about the ferrules on my old 1980's Schon....and I think I just figured out what they are.

They're Micarta.

Again, DWBOB......BEAUTIFUL CUE.
