It is ball in hand in the kitchen. Try it. You might be surprised.

There was no way to see where the ball was from the picture. I gave my answer based on the ball being close to the line between the side pockets.

Also, I thought it was ball in hand anywhere on the table. Like you'd do in a practice session, or to illustrate the position you would play for.
