SEARCH is a great feature
They're going to run you about $100 each. Do a search in the "Wanted / for Sale" section and you'll find out who has them. If you didn't care about originality, some of the cue makers are getting together to see if they can be reproduced. Search the "ask the cuemakers" section for more details about that.
Post again if you can't find them using the search feature, and I'll try to assist. I know we've seen them on here before.
