Brunswick Anniversary Rebuild

I'm at a point in the project where all the part's have been stripped of there stain, one of the veneers on a leg pedestal is messed up some under the banding I've removed the ban and working on the veneer , I purchased a ball return system from Ken Hash, still waiting on sending the rails off for work. Not to worry about the Z06 getting hit I move it outside when working on the table the garage is just a work area, I'm enclosing my Patio for the game room, Will attempt to repair the slate when the weather gets a little better. If you have some close up pictures of your slate without the cloth I sure would like to see them so I can get a better idea of how they look so when I attempt to shape mine I'll have something to go by.

I also decided to assemble the table less cloth just to see what bolts are missing and to get a better picture for a before and after photo I know this might sound crazy, but the room i'st gonna be setup in is not ready yet so really just killing time, and to have something to do since I retired not long ago.

That's a deadly picture....for me at least.
I've been murdered on some Anniversaries....
...and if I drove that car...I'd probably kill my self.

Ha, Ha it stay's parked mostly there's not really any place to run it at its best, It was just something I wanted so got it when I retired.

Do you need me to re-send the pocket geometry photos I took? They had the tape-rule included. Or are you looking for anything else specific? like where holes have been pre-drilled, etc.?

GC what I really would like is some close up of the pockets with out the cloth wanting to see the correct shape and contour of the slate.
Thanks
David

I know I sent some really close up photos a while back... I can resend those because they show what I believe is what you're looking for.

GC my conectors for the bandings are still in good shape I did manage to get them out without trouble, on the slate pictures I found the ones you sent prior, but thanks also David sent me pictures of his which were also a big help.

Started Out like this

Finishing up like this, still need to do a little shaping but waiting on that for last, not sure if it will hold up I used the Bondo Brand with fiber glass mixed in it.

He's still on his way, the last time we spoke he stated it should be Tuesday was finishing up a table in New Orleans,

Looks like your doing all the right stuff there--taking your time, thats a good thing. I rebuilt a Cenntenial that's in my basment a few years back. I started to polish all the Aluminium sides and all and gave up after a day or so working on one of the long sides from corner to corner. I checked around in different spots with contacts through my work (I'm a supplier of parts to the Furniture Manufacturers) and thought of a company in Dublin Va, called Electro Plate Right. Old man there well into his eighties and one of the largest plating companies still around. Called him up and asked if he could polish Alum. Told me he sure could, bring some parts by to look at. I had customers in the area and drove by a couple of days later--he looked at the parts and said--Those came off of a Brunswick Cenntinal Pool table--I polished all those parts for Brunswick when they built those tables.
When I got the parts back, they were boxed. When I opened the boxes that the polished parts were in, it seemed like a light bulb was turned on in the box, they were that bright--increadable finish this gent did, set my table off like crazy when all was installed. Sorry for the long and drawn out
