just got off
the phone with buddy, he is still in the hospital. it is the same lung that collapsed before,they have it up a working on its own now. buddy is in good spirits and is looking forward to going home tomorrow or sat! he thanks you all for your concern! i will keep you updated as he was going to call me when he got out of the hospital!

Slow Down Buddy And Get Well SOON
I wish Buddy a speedy recovery. I was once rushed by ambulance to the Emergency Room with a collapsed lung, from taking too many Desoxyn in a 24 hour period.
My collapsed lung eventually re-inflated and I soon quit smoking cigarettes, plus I'm much more careful now.

Well, I don't have the medical answer (I've been watching C.S.I and Cold Case hoping to find out), but it DOES (or may) make your heart beat about 300 times a second and your lungs go faster than THAT. I 'think' that I took two at once and one a few hours later and yet another about twelve hours later. I weighed about 180 at the time (in the early 80s).
