I was just able to purchase this Mike Johnson Jensen cue out of a collectors group. It was made for Buddy Hall and his daughter DEE. Buddy played with this cue and it was his daughters cue for years and years. It has one full length shaft and one shorter shaft for DEE.

This cue is old, old school. The forearm has 8 points (4 High and 4Low) consisting of 3 veneers of black, orange, black with a black dot at the end of each point. The bottom 4 with dots on each end and a dot between them.

The full length shaft has old school Westinghouse yellow Micarta ferrell and DEE's shorter length shaft has LBM (I suspect replaced). It is in original condition and will draw a crowd.

The butt weighs 15.5 ounces and the shafts weigh 3.8 ounces. It is solid and plays incredible. No excuses and what you expect if you were building a cue for the World Champion Buddy Hall.

I am asking $1000 OBO (reduced to $600)and will listen to trades either up or down. This is a real deal from probably the best 9 baller of all time.

I know Buddy used very thin shafts, or maybe he just sanded them that way, i've owned a few of his cues.

Can i ask what the diameter of the shaft is at the base of the ferrule, and does this cue roll straight both togethr and apart?

Great cue. I love this design and the provenance is killer!

Is Buddy's name anywhere on the cue?

The shafts are 13mm or very close. I will measure but rest assured they are full size and not pencils.

The butt is perfect and the long shaft is also very straight, the shorter shaft isnt perfect but very good.

Together the butt and the long shaft are near perfect.

Nope, his daughters name is the only name on the cue and is shown in pictures.

Luckily Buddy lives here and we all see him all the time. Pretty neat huh?

Budy used 13.25

For a long time he played 13.25. I know because I ordered a cue from Timi once and he said he had just taken an order just like it and who the heck was it and laughed and said Buddy Hall just ordered the same cue witht he same specs and balance point. This was in the late 90's.
Great cue. Beautifull work. I was told Buddy went to 13mm shafts and a lighter cue but not sure when he did.

Keep the offers coming. I am open to most offers.

Cash plus cue would be great, cash near offers, or whatever.

Dont wait until this get on the internet at some vendor for a ton that you could have had pretty cheap.
