Yes, they are not good about their phone, but otherwise the service was fine from my perspective. Shipping was quick.
I'm a bit worried because I purchased a shaft and have recieved no conformation other than a Paypal conformation that said I spent the money?

Hello all, heard about this thread from MeucciMan79 tonight. So, I had to look it up.
We ALWAYS automatically send out through email a confirmation when the order is processed which generates an invoice...my guess is your server stopped it, or spam filter grabbed it. So, let us know if you still don't have it! We also ALWAYS send a confirmation of shipment from quantumview (the UPS system) AND if you buy through ebay, we also post the tracking to ebay within 24 hours. We are required to do that or we lose discounts and top rated seller status.
Guilty as charged on the phone:sorry:. We are just a handful of folks and if we are getting a flurry of calls, or if the calls are preventing us from getting the shipments out, we will be hard to reach by phone. It is sometimes an all hands on deck, with next day service shipments etc...so if you call and hang up or don't leave a detailed message (we get a lot of chatty calls about what a cue worth, etc) you probably will have trouble reaching us, because they get pushed to the back of the line (or forgotten:blush
