Budget Billiards noone answers the phone?

I have been trying to speak to someone there for about the last two weeks.
Answering machine only. Leave a message and no one calls back?
Is there some super secret number that I should know about? :(
 
They might be on vacation, they are not owned by Meucci cues, it is owned by Bob Meucci's daughter Julie.
 
I have bought two cues from them and some shafts.
Yes, they are not good about their phone, but otherwise the service was fine from my perspective. Shipping was quick.

I'm a bit worried because I purchased a shaft and have recieved no conformation other than a Paypal conformation that said I spent the money?
I bought it from an EBay ad.
Not a good way to do business i.m.o. . :(

Try e-mailing them - I always got an answer in 1 or 2 days from a Julia ( I guess that is Meucci's daughter as mentioned in a previous post.) They did some work for me on a shaft and there was a problem as they used the wrong joint - they promptly fixed it up - this was approx 2 yrs ago . A lot of outfits seem to respond quickly to e-mails a lot faster than they do to voice mails and if you have any questions etc as to what you are inquiring about you have their e-mail as a record of your conversation /reply to them.

No need to worry. They have 100% feedback. Just look for the UPS truck pobably on Monday.

I guess they still should have sent some sort of conformation on the deal, but, I would still should say they got it done!:)

Hello all, heard about this thread from MeucciMan79 tonight. So, I had to look it up.

We ALWAYS automatically send out through email a confirmation when the order is processed which generates an invoice...my guess is your server stopped it, or spam filter grabbed it. So, let us know if you still don't have it! We also ALWAYS send a confirmation of shipment from quantumview (the UPS system) AND if you buy through ebay, we also post the tracking to ebay within 24 hours. We are required to do that or we lose discounts and top rated seller status:( .

Guilty as charged on the phone:sorry:. We are just a handful of folks and if we are getting a flurry of calls, or if the calls are preventing us from getting the shipments out, we will be hard to reach by phone. It is sometimes an all hands on deck:eek:, with next day service shipments etc...so if you call and hang up or don't leave a detailed message (we get a lot of chatty calls about what a cue worth, marketers, manufacturers, etc) you probably will have trouble reaching us, because they get pushed to the back of the line (or forgotten:blush:). We appreciate doing as much communication through email as possible, since it helps us spread out the work load a little better. We love hearing from you and meeting you! Everybody makes mistakes. It all worked out! I had never done business with your company before, so I was a little worried about it.
It was bought on Ebay. I never did receive anything via e mail from them? Usually I do get something from them confirming that I bought it.
I received the shipping conformation about a week after the shaft arrived. lol
Poolguy4u put my mind at ease. It's all good! :)

I have 3 black dot shafts coming from them this month :) There was an issue with one for my Viking, but Mark and Julia are dealing with it very nicely. They immediately sent me a pre-paid return label and are taking care of it right now.
 
How long was the shipping time on your orders? I placed an order on Feb 10 and have yet to receive anything. I received two emails though, one order confirmation and one .pdf sales receipt. I haven't received anything about shipping or shipping confirmation.

I tried calling twice today and no luck, so I sent an email.
