budget cue???

Ok here is kinda what I am looking for
I would like a 6 point cue
ebony points into curly maple forearm with malchite points in the ebony points. 3/8x10 flat faced pin.
ebony and malachite stiched rings at all locations.
black lizard wrap
ebony butt with with curly maple framed malachite boxes.
2 shafts.
would like to get some prices from the cue builders out there and time frame.
