Burton Spain Eol + 1

Glad you guys are enjoying the cues. Its what makes it all worthwhile.

This EOL #4 and the regular Burton, are both unchalked. They have been stashed away since I got them from Burton.
Around 92 I went to a cuemakers show in Houston, where I ran into Burton. I was walking down the aisle and he said " hey big guy come here and stand on this cue." He had two cinder blocks on the floor about 2 feet apart with a cue sitting on them. He held my hand and up I went, the cue didnt budge.
Talked to him for a few and then I left. I was very happy to always have that moment, tho short,

They are both fantastic...I loved the stacked veneers in the butt...and the circle (moon) inlays are tremendous.

I was at the same show and spent some time with Burton. Nice guy. I had a chance to buy one of his older cues from a friend in San Antonio for $300 and took a pass. Still kick myself for that.
