Ask Meucci. Just sayin, how would anyone on here know that? Call and ask them direct. I'm starting to think this isn't going to end well. Surely someone would have made contact with Tom by now.

big cue company ordered a bigger tip order than most,
and the tips will certainly stay in stock longer,.

I wondered the same. I also orderered a sizable amount on my last order. I only do a couple a month for friends and locals but I have a small reserve for myself just in case.
FYI for anyone interested: I've posted this before, the medium black Ultraskin plays, wears and holds chalk exactly as the Everest, but at a fraction of the cost.

I still have 100 on order, in two separate orders, dating back to June, both of which are fully paid for, and no product to show for it. Their website continues to accept orders and very efficiently takes payment.

You better make your claim or time will be up and you will be out of the money. If Tom was okay we would have heard something.

Those websites are automated and with Tom being a one man band there is no one to turn it off.

As others have posted....it's an automated website, It has no idea if Tom is alive, sick, or not....it does as it was designed to do, to take orders, so please stop making it sound like someone is running a scam! You paid with paypal, have you put in for a refund yet? If not...why not? At this point, Most of us have realized sadly, that Tom is not coming back. He has been in my prayers for months now, and I hope in others too! I for one, will miss him, he always tried to bring the best product and at an affordable price for the normal players. He always cared about his customers and did his best to be the best. I pray that he Be comfortable and at peace wherever he may be......

Mr. Tom has always done what he said he was going to do. Whenever I made an order for his products, it was always on time and a high quality product along with his personal guarantee. So, to interject that he is scamming anyone is in my opinion not accurate. As the fore mentioned AZB member outlined, Mr. Tom unfortunately is not doing well and we need to be cognizant of this and wish him a speedy recovery from whatever is currently afflicting him.

Tom is about as good as they get for doing business with and as a human being. I hope that whatever is going on with him is something that he can recover from. It is unfortunate that there is not anyone on the forum that has any personal contact with him or any family member. I pray that Tom will pull through whatever is going on with him and regain his presence that is greatly missed.
 
I did a fairly deep dive into local obits where he lives and came-up dry on all counts. If he has passed i can't find mention of it in his area, Port St. Lucie,Fla. This whole deal is pretty strange. hope he's ok.

has he heard a word from Tom?? Seems like he just vanished.
 
The strange part is that someone is responding to the PayPal claims. I filed two requests for refunds and apparently someone responded because PayPal told me that Tom (or someone acting on his behalf) forwarded tracking information, which they would not share with me. Both claims denied.
 
That is strange, as my order was about 1 1/2 months old when I contacted paypal, and about two months when I escalated it. Both times they said they tried to contact him, but shortly after escalated they credited my account without any explanation.
I really hope Tom is ok, love his tips, and look forward to hopefully doing business with him in the future.
 
I put in an order on Sept 22, didnt't receive a tracking no or the tips, I live 2 hours from him. I tried to contact him via email with no response. I went to the Ultraskin facebook page and saw other people were also having trouble getting their inventory. Then someone posted that unfortunately Tom had passed away.

I haven't heard he passed. I know he's been sick but no news of a death.
