Buy UltraSkin Layered Cue Tips

Placed an order on June 19th. Usually they arrive by now. No answer to my email just asking for an update. Hoping all is good.

Same situation here... I ordered 10 tips on 22 June... no tracking number, no answer to my email.

I also hope Tom is doing ok...
 
I’ve had tips on order for a while now from Tom. Send a follow up inquiry both via DM and e-mail, no response to either. I’m now running out so using other brands instead. Good way to thin out the slow moving inventory.
 
I’ve given up now on these tips. While they’ve been great, and Tom’s service has been great also. I’m now out and cannot put my customers off any longer. I’m moving on to a new supplier, unfortunamely, as I’ve been very happy with Ultraskin until now. I’m done.

Pretty sure he's having health issues. Been in-out of hospital lately. Give the guy a break.
 
Has there been any update on Mr. Tom's health status? I hope he is doing well and will soon be returning back to providing us with the best Cue Tips out there.
 
I reached out to Richard who runs the SIB tips site and he has not had any luck contacting Tom ......, I hope he recovers from whatever he is going thru. He has always been that Upstanding guy. Unfortunately he has been a one man show so if he can't do it, there's no one else to take over. People that have placed orders can contact paypal for a refund. Tom is in my prayers for a full recover from what ails him.
 
Wondering if there has been any word on Tom's condition. Hope he's going to be ok.
His communication is always prompt and courteous, his absence has many wondering if he's ok.
 
I placed an order on July 13, 2024 and have not received any tips or any type of response yet. I will wait a little longer and see if anything happens.
Tom is pretty prompt, and his absence is concerning. I hope that everything will work out fine for Tom.
 
There have been multiple threads on UltraSkin status and Tom's well-being. None of us wish to be insensitive here with our personally concerns about orders and inventory, we also remember Tom is also a great part of our AZB family. He is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. We hope for a quick recovery from whatever he is going through.

I reached out a few weeks ago to the SIB guy and he was unable to reach Tom also. Earlier this week I emailed Pooldawg.com to ask when they will have more Ultraskins in stock and their reply was that they will not be restocking them, they didn't give a reason.
 
I'm still in search of a replacement for the Ultraskins. I relied on them for my daily low-cost replacements but haven't found one I like as much yet at that price point. I'm now about out of Ultraskins and the ones I ordered and paid for in June never showed up. Between not being able to get those, and the 6-month wait for Zan's, this is getting silly.

I purchased a package of Kamikaze tips here. They look, and install very similarly to ultraskins. Have only installed two so far, but so far so good. I have not had any complaints.

My experience with Kamikaze's is the same. Installed 2, they cut easily, and customer liked them.
