i just read the new format of qualifying with poker to play pool it might get some bussiness for poker sites, but i cant see it really going anywhere but you never know

i also saw the ppp pool poker pain i believe could be a highly watched reality show, as an investment it wouldnt be that high risk if you can work out something reasonable with blair? and with a famous ufc coach a famous poker coach all in a house like ufc series, i dont think it would be that hard to get cable on board

it could be a winner fatboy loves pool ill bet he loves the fights and id also bet you like poker this is crying out for you?

this does seem like it could be the best option to really put pool out there in the mainstream. if i had a spare few hundred grand to invest id get involved. with only a few weeks of boxing id happily jump in there and have a go though i dont really fancy my chances. i do watch alot of martial arts and one thing i know is everyone loves watching normal people fight, they can relate to it more as long as they are capable enough to inflict some damage on each other lol

why has this not moved forward?

its not mine i always wanted one but in oz you cant keep a license in a car like that and im too old to be driving around without one. i dont see myself with a career in tv production wacking a few pool player around the head sounds more like me lol

On an OZ note...do you know (of) Robbie mcEwan? Did you hear what happened to him today? He ran into a street sign while racing in Belgium, 2km from finish and likely is going to have his career end as a result:eek:.

actually the car in my pic would murder all those cars in a straight line, braking, lateral grip, or lap times on a track. but that aint a bad forcourt does he have to put them all in the garage by himself?

I dunno...straight line would depend on how long a lie it is, I think.

What kind of car is it in your pic anyway? I am a motor fan...anything fast, really.

It's an Ultima, if I'm not mistaken, and if so he's right about it murdering any of the cars in the impressive driveway pic.

i dont really follow the cycling, its a bit of a dangerous sport though they are always crashing or getting hit by cars in training.

the car is an ultima the 720hp engine 920kg holds all the speed records.
it doesnt matter how long the line is i think there geared for a top spead of 340kph but nothing is going to match it off the production line be it ferrari lambo or even the new veyron. plus it can go round corners like its on rails and brakes really well. if you really break down a race car it should come down to weight and hp and nothing comes close to beating its numbers. you can get 1 in oz for around 130,000 us i was thinking about getting 1 2 yearsago when i joined az hence the pic but now i think i like my comfy suv more old age kicking in
 
By the way...I think the McLaren F1 may have a chance against it :D. Maybe Fatboy can buy us one of each and we can see who'll win :grin:

I am not sure if you are referring to one of the cars in Fatboy's driveway but the one in the front is an Enzo Ferrari. If you weren't referring to that - nevermind :).

No, he was talking about the McLaren F1, and fatboy doesn't have one.

Also, in terms of documented road tests and track tests, the McLaren doesn't compare to the best Ultimas.

I just looked up a test in some of my old car mags and the Ultima was a full 2 seconds faster at 0-100 than the F1.

On another note, I would like to race it against my ZX-14 too :thumbup:
